Being a fine paper producer has taught us more than just mastering our craft. Over the centuries we have gathered knowledge not only about our customers’ businesses and their markets, but also about their competitive climate. That is why our guiding principle is quality in our total delivery. The service we offer, the knowledge we add and the innovative options we develop are all important aspects of our pursuit – a better business for our customers.
Innovation is part of our tradition Over the years we have been the first to launch new products and solutions on countless occasions. Such products and solutions include online coating, and double coated paper in northern Europe. We were one of the first in the industry to look at new ways of reducing the impact of paper production processes on the environment. A decade ago we started "the paper revolution" by proving that our uncoated paper is perfect for 4-colour printing. A few years ago, we were among the first in Europe to offer FSC certified paper and we are in the forefront with paper for 4-colour digital printing.
Offering solutions comes naturally We take an active interest in our customers’ needs in order to produce solutions that can improve their profits, save time and work and reduce costs and administration. Let us give you a few examples:
Our paper guides and general ICC profiles: Information and tools for paper and printing – help printers achieve the desired printing results more quickly, using fewer test proofs.
The Dummyshop: A quick and easy way of testing your ideas before printing or demonstrating a product for a customer, is to order a prototype from our Dummyshop via www.arcticpaper.com/dummyshop.
Munkedal Skog & Event: Located in Munkedal, is a subsidiary of Arctic Paper AB, which administers the 13,000 hectares of forest we own in Sweden. Here, 6% of the productive forest has been set aside for nature conservation and 5% is known as "nature conservation untouched".
This also makes it possible for our customers and other interested parties to come and experience nature at its best, which sometimes includes hunting and fishing combined with visits at the mill. For information please visit www.munkedalskog.com |
