Arctic Volume for Berkeley Homes One Tower Bridge Penthouses Book

One Tower Bridge is a landmark development from Berkeley Homes.  The location is exclusive, set between Tower Bridge and City Hall on the South Bank of the Thames, opposite the Tower of London.

Printed on Arctic Paper’s Arctic Volume White 170gsm, The Penthouse book is a stunning collection of images showing not only the luxury of the penthouses themselves but the spectacular views of one of the most recognisable landmarks in the world, that accompany them.

Ziggurat was asked to develop a brand for the entire site that reflected the super-premium nature of the development and which speaks to the expectations and aspirations of the target audience. Although set in a quite extraordinary location, the challenge was to subtly reference its surroundings, avoiding the pitfalls of appearing to be a tourist destination.

Ziggurat are a multi award winning brand agency, based in London EC1.  They work with clients to distill and develop ideas to project authentic and discriminating meaning. They then put their creative and strategic craft to work to maximise the communication potency. Find out more at

Mark Newman, Production Director at Ziggurat explains the rationale behind choosing Arctic Volume for the project: “We wanted to use a paper that not only printed beautifully but also had the right premium feel to reflect the nature of the development. Arctic Volume was the obvious choice for us and the results achieved in the penthouse book speak for themselves. On the back of these results, Arctic Volume is now the specified paper for all One Tower Bridge collateral”.

Printed and bound by Kingsbury Press the book’s stunning case cover has a repeat decorative pattern that reflects the balustrade of nearby Tower Bridge. Using Winter Peltouch for the case material, the pattern was created using a blind deboss with the logo and typography in Kurz Alufin Satingloss.
